Amanda Abou Abdallah is a director and impact storyteller with over 16 years of experience developing content for Arab audiences. Her approach combines cinematic storytelling, behavioral insight, and cultural specificity, treating entertainment as a serious tool for engagement and social impact rather than a byproduct of it.
Her work spans edutainment series, commercials, fiction shorts, documentary series, and social impact campaigns. Across these formats, she applies a consistent method: pairing narrative craft with design thinking to build content that performs on a cultural as well as a commercial level. Her projects have collectively reached over half a billion views from Arab audiences.
In 2016, she built Yallafeed, an early Arabic language content platform launched as part of StepFeed Media, growing it to over 3 million followers.
She later founded Khateera, a women led Arab media platform producing culturally grounded content for young Arab audiences, now followed by 1.8 million people across the region.
